To provide a space, where no one faces mental health challenges alone—where support is accessible, stigma is replaced with understanding, and everyone has the tools to thrive.

Our team of qualified, experienced, and highly skilled therapists are here to help you achieve your goals and live a happier life.

After you complete our booking form, your chosen therapist will contact you within one to three days. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll connect you with a therapist who best fits your schedule and needs, and they will reach out to you directly.

Please note that all therapists operate independently.

Counseling is a chance, (and a commitment) to talk confidentially with someone who can help you learn skills and new ways of looking at situations. This can help you be more capable of solving problems on your own. We will help you to explore your feelings and resolve your concerns.

Do you find yourself dwelling on the past or anxious about the future?

Feeling overwhelmed by work or home life?

Struggling to find joy in things that once excited you?

Feeling disconnected from your closest friends and family?

You have the power to:

Live in the moment.

Find fulfillment and balance in both work and home life.

Rediscover old passions and explore new interests.

Strengthen your relationships with the people who matter most.

Insurance Reimbursement

Insurance and Therapist Accreditation: What You Need to Know

We are committed to providing quality therapeutic services to support your mental health and well-being. However, it is important to understand how therapist accreditation affects insurance claims and reimbursement for therapy sessions.

Accreditation and Insurance Coverage

Currently, most of our therapists are either:

Pre-accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), or

Accredited with the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP).

While our therapists are highly trained and qualified, the accreditation status may impact your ability to claim reimbursement through your health insurance.

Why Can’t We Provide Receipts for Insurance?

Many health insurance providers in Ireland only cover sessions with fully accredited therapists, often requiring accreditation specifically with bodies like the IACP or the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). Since many of our therapists are in the pre-accreditation phase with the IACP or are accredited with the APCP, they may not meet the criteria set by some insurers.

As a result, we are unable to provide receipts that would be eligible for insurance reimbursement at this time. We understand this may be disappointing and are actively working towards expanding our accreditation status to meet more insurance providers' requirements.

What Does This Mean for You?

Out-of-Pocket Payment: You can still access therapy with our skilled professionals, but sessions will need to be paid for privately.

No Reimbursement for Now: Unfortunately, until our accreditation status aligns with your insurer’s requirements, you won’t be able to claim back the costs of your sessions.

We are dedicated to providing accessible mental health support and are exploring pathways to meet insurance requirements in the future. If you have specific questions about your insurance policy, we recommend contacting your provider directly to understand their coverage criteria.

Faces of D9 Therapy

D9 Therapy and Wellness was established by Wiktoria Fraczek and Ian Croft, who have founded the clinic to provide professional and empathetic counselling services tailored to individual needs in Santry, Dublin. The clinic, which opened its doors in September 2023, is committed to offering a range of therapies to support personal growth, mental health, and well-being, emphasizing a holistic and client-centered approach in a spiritual environment.

Another member of our clinic is Bonnie, our cavapoo puppy. Bonnie is a calm, smart, and hypoallergenic dog. You might see her in the clinic from time to time, working away at improving people's mental health with her welcoming and joyful attitude.

...on a side note, If you're interested in volunteering with your dog to support a worthy cause and give back to the community, click here to learn how you and your dog can make a difference.
