Hi, I’m Lisa, a pre-accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I offer a warm, non-judgmental collaborative environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, uncover new insights, and take meaningful steps towards personal growth.


I understand that life can be overwhelming at times. You might be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or going through a significant life change. Maybe you’re struggling with feelings about your past or trying to understand where you are now. Whatever it is, you don’t have to face it alone.


My approach to therapy is flexible and designed to meet your unique needs. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” method, so I draw from different therapy styles to find what works best for you. This might include looking at how your past experiences shape your present (psychodynamic insights), focusing on your personal strengths and goals (person-centred therapy), understanding patterns in your thoughts and behaviours (behavioural approaches), or connecting more deeply with how your body reacts to stress (somatic techniques).


What’s most important is that we work together at your pace. I’ll always check in with you to ensure the process feels right and that we focus on what matters most to you.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and decide if I’m the right therapist for you.
I work with people facing a range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss. Some may be navigating difficulties in their relationships or struggling to heal from past trauma. Others might feel stuck during life transitions or want to explore inner child work to understand and heal emotional wounds from the past. Whatever your situation, I am here to provide support and help you find a way forward.
