I hold an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy specialising in CBT. I offer CBT as well as traditional talk therapy to help support clients dealing with a range of issues. I work collaboratively with clients, offering emotional support as well as practical skills to help them manage any challenges they may be facing. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore and reflect on their lives.

The therapy room is a safe place for clients to know they are being listened to, understood and supported. I believe looking after your mental health is one of the most important aspects of growing and thriving into the person you want to be.

I offer individual counselling both in person and online tailored to the needs of my clients. I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, OCD, LGBTQ matters and personal development. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations where we can arrange how best to work together.
